In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, executives face unprecedented challenges marked by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA). Sustainability has emerged as a core imperative across industries, yet navigating sustainable growth amidst ambiguous market conditions and shifting regulatory landscapes demands adaptive leadership and innovative decision-making frameworks.
