To address this\, the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) introduced CORSIA as a global market-based mechanism aimed at stabilizing net CO₂ emissions from international flights.  \nCORSIA introduces new compliance obligations for airlines\, while also creating demand for high-quality carbon credits and emissions reduction projects.
